Rudy M. Molina

As a Learning Specialist and Leadership Consultant and as acting Coordinator of Assessment and Service Learning at the Strategic Alternative Learning Techniques Center (SALT) Rudy has facilitated key programs for college and graduate students who experience a range of challenges which include: Attention Deficit / Hyperactive Disorder (AD/HD) and other cognitive Learning Disabilities.

Most recently, Rudy has contributed to the design, creation, and facilitation of programs and services for students in graduate and professional programs. His student-centered approach, matched with his knowledge of user-friendly technology, has helped students access educational tools, strategies, and techniques to maximize academic and pre-professional success.

Recent Speaking Engagements and Special Interests:

Currently, Rudy is collaborating with La Tranca Healing Institute to design curricula for students and professionals in health care for the SALUD en México summer program located in Guanajuato, México.

Rudy is a Doctoral Candidate, Language Reading & Culture at the College of Education at the University of Arizona (Title of Paper: Generations of Healing: An Educational Ethnography of Women in Traditional Healing).

Rudy Holds a Master of Arts in Bilingual/Special Education University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Mexican American Studies, with a double minor in Spanish Secondary and Special Education. Rudy is a descendent of the Hiaki (Yaqui) Tribe of Sonora, Mexico.
