CAROL COOPER
As an Executive Coach and Consultant, Carol has spent more than 25 years in the international professional publishing industry as a senior executive in a Fortune 1000 company responsible for product, business development and marketing. Carol led the development of market leading web sites for the legal profession in the US, UK and Germany. As a change agent she led numerous business strategy and innovation efforts, coaching team members from across the organization to professional and personal growth while meeting substantial business objectives.
As a coach, Carol supports senior professionals in their efforts to increase their professional effectiveness and enrich their personal lives. She helps leaders think ahead and develop strategies that make their talents, skills and businesses work more successfully and efficiently.
Carol is able to coach leaders on improving and demonstrating their effectiveness around areas of trust and credibility, communication styles, collaborating with others, strengthening their teams, and developing and launching a compelling vision. She can also work with leaders dealing with role transitions and new or expatriate assignments.
Carol will shortly complete her certification with The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara. She has attended Executive Leadership training at the University of Oxford. Carol holds a BA from Colgate University and an MA from Syracuse University.
