Coaching
A core product of Westwind Consulting Group is Professional Coaching. It is our belief that executives who receive coaching experience powerful long-term improvements in leadership and managerial effectiveness, professional skills, decision-making and interpersonal awareness. Recent evaluations of the benefits of coaching have demonstrated dramatic improvements in work relationships, teamwork, communication and interpersonal sensitivity among executives who have received coaching. Executive coaching also produces significant improvements to the bottom-line, yielding an average Return on Investment of 550% as calculated in two recent studies. When the financial benefits from employee retention as a result of coaching were factored into the calculus, the overall Return on Investment increased to 788%.

Organizational Development and Training
Coaching, Off-sites, Workshops and Training are designed to introduce key concepts about development while practicing how to execute and implement them. This approach works to both ground the participant in theory and knowledge as well as to develop skills and positively transform behaviors.
